Cashmere

This is the second version I have painted of this beautiful cosmos.  As is my style, I combine a little realism with a graphic touch in the gold stem.  I first painted in a green stem and leaves and then decided the gold stem was what she deserved to complement the luscious golden center.

This is a 24" x 24" oil on a deep gallery wrapped canvas.  She is varnished and wired so she'll be ready to hang as soon as you receive her.
